I am a wife and mother in Ohio. I mostly am  a "Stay-at-Home" now, however, I do work at my husband's office a couple days a week. My children are teenagers/young adults now. So I spend all  my mommy-ing on my puppies. I have a 3 yr old Maltese named Casper (he is the not so friendly ghost because he is crabby a lot)  and a 2 yr old Yorkie named Abby. We recently adopted a kitten, who we call Kiwi. She is almost all black with a white tuxedo area. Never had a cat before, so it's all new to me but I am enjoying her.

I read every night in bed & any other time during the day if I get the chance. 

I have a bookshelf online at www.shelfari.com/AbigailChristy  where I've been trying to keep record of books I've read, want to read, or could not finish. Shelfari members are the ones who clued me in on paperbackswap. I am really excited to get started.

My genre includes a lot of true-crime, memoirs, historic fiction and historic non-fiction. I love time travel. Ohh... and I can't forget a good ghost story! I really appreciate when I get a good book recommendation. I love reading other readers personal reviews. It helps to give me an idea if it will be something I am interested.
